Hello, I'm John McKean, a certified Rapid Transformation Therapist, Hypnotherapist, entrepreneur, and dad.

 

I specialize in sports mindset training, leveraging my background in martial arts to emphasize the power of the mind-body connection. My approach is about cultivating balance across all aspects of life.

 

In my coaching program and RTT sessions, my mission is clear: to empower you with the tools needed to break through mental barriers and unlock your full potential.

How to get Started

To embark on this transformative journey.

 

the initial step is to book a discovery call, where we can discuss your goals, aspirations, and challenges.

 

Following this, we engage in an intake process where we delve deep into understanding your unique needs and circumstances.

 

Step three involves scheduling a 120-minute Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) session, where breakthroughs are made possible through powerful techniques and insights. Also receive a bespoke transformational recording.

 

After the session, our commitment to your progress continues with follow-ups at 24 hours, 7 days, and 21 days, ensuring ongoing support and guidance on your path to lasting change and fulfilment.

Wow, just wow.

In November, I decided to give hypnotherapy a go. John was amazing, he answered any questions I had around the process.
I was quite sceptical about this therapy, John spoke me through the process several times before we set a date to do it.
On the day I was really nervous, John was amazing at reassuring me. This was such a great help.
