I’m John McKean Rapid Transformational Therapist, Hypnotherapist, and Performance Mindset Coach.

For over 30 years, I’ve coached people to get strong on the outside through martial arts. Now, I help them get strong on the inside by teaching how to heal trauma, reprogram limiting beliefs, and rebuild confidence that lasts.

My approach is trauma-informed and solution-focused, combining RTT, hypnosis, and coaching to help you release old patterns, calm your mind, and lead your life with strength and purpose.
