The Frontline Recovery & Resilience Program helps Fire, Police, Ambulance, and NHS staff recover from the invisible impact of stress, trauma, and burnout, and rebuild the mindset, focus, and energy to perform at their best again.

This isn’t another awareness session or wellbeing workshop.


It’s a trauma-informed recovery and performance program, blending Rapid Transformational Therapy, hypnosis, and performance mindset coaching to create lasting change from the inside out.

Program Structure

Delivered across 8–12 weeks, the program follows a proven two-phase approach:

🔹 Phase 1: Recovery

Identify and release the subconscious patterns driving stress, anxiety, and exhaustion through RTT, hypnosis, and guided integration.

🔹 Phase 2: Resilience

Rebuild focus, confidence, and emotional control using mindset strategies, visualization tools, and daily rituals that sustain mental fitness.

Each participant receives:
