Session 1 – Clarity & Baseline Reset (Coaching + Hypnosis)

Session 2 – Root-Cause Rewire (RTT Regression)
Identify and resolve the subconscious cause of fear, hesitation, or overthinking.

Session 3 – Pressure Protocols + Identity Upgrade (Coaching + Hypnosis / optional RTT)
Build pre-performance and in-game routines that hold under pressure.

Session 4 – Pressure Rehearsal & Future Pace (Coaching + Hypnosis)
Rehearse high-pressure scenarios, fix micro-errors, and lock in your champion identity.

Format: 60–90 minutes per session (in-person or Zoom).

Is RTT safe for athletes?
Yes. It’s a client-led therapeutic process focused on belief change and nervous-system calm. It complements coaching and physical training.

Do I need 1 or 2 RTT sessions?
Most athletes resolve the core block with 1 RTT session. A second is included if we need deeper work.

Can we do this online?
Yes, Zoom works brilliantly for both RTT and hypnosis.

What ages?
Teens through adults. For under-16s, a parent/guardian attends the consult.

How fast will I notice change?
Many feel immediate relief after RTT. We consolidate it with routines and rehearsal so it holds in real pressure
