Who this is for

If a specific fear or phobia is limiting your life, flying, driving, heights, public speaking, needles, dogs, confined spaces, medical/dental visits, performance situations, social settings, this page is for you. Whether the fear appeared suddenly after an event or crept in over time, we’ll work at the root cause so you can feel safe and in control again.

Why hypnosis works for fears & phobias

A phobia is a conditioned response stored in the subconscious. Logic says “I’m fine,” but the body fires a threat alarm. Hypnosis lets us:

  • Access the subconscious patterns driving the alarm.

  • Desensitise and re-associate the trigger with calm and safety.

  • Rebuild a new automatic response (calm breathing, clear thinking, confident action).

This is not willpower. It’s reprogramming the response where it actually lives.

What working together looks like

Format: Online (Zoom) or In‑person (East/Central Scotland)
Duration: 4 sessions over ~4–6 weeks
Session Length: 60–90 minutes
Between Sessions: Short audios and micro‑exposures to consolidate progress

Session Plan

  • Session 1 – Assessment & Calm Install: Map your triggers. Create immediate relief tools. Begin desensitisation.

  • Session 2 – RTT Deep Work: Hypnotic regression (where appropriate), release work, and re-association.

Results clients report

  • Fear trigger becomes neutral or manageable
